I have been gambling for over 10 years now since the age of 18.
And now I really want to take every measure to stop without needing someone to stop me. This only leads me to gamble when I'm alone.
I would appreciate any strategies you take to stopping and really taking a negative view on it rather than always seeking the opportunity.

Hi neunited you need to want to stop. Self exclusion, online software blocks. Call gamcare for help, counselling. Hand over your finances to someone? Go to GA? There are lots of ways and lots of help but nothing works if you don't really want to stop. Talking to a friend or member of your family helps. You need support. Good luck!
