2 days ago on Tuesday I lost over £1000 gambling and I was gambling for around 6 hours on slot machines in the town centre and today I gambled from 2pm till 11pm in amusements and then on the pub slot machines when the amusements closed and lost another £400. So today I was gambling for 9 hours and I have hardly eaten anything. £1400 down the drain and also 15 hours of my life lost to this sad addiction. I need help.
Chin up mate. Stop the slots especially in pubs & amusements. Even if you get a good bonus they’re capped at £100 win. Tell yourself it’s pointless. Find someone you love and tell them what’s going on, give them all your money if you have to, you’ll be alright lad, don’t let it take everything
