its true i joined at a time i thought i couldnt go any lower... i was wrong.... i played spread betting for years.. thinking i was doing good.. but i was fooling myself and lying yo others...i went as far as stealing recently to get that buzz... but iv finally got to bottom i believe

Apologies, I see you amended your first post which now expanded on what I originally read.

20 years is only slightly longer that myself. Ive commited to recovery. It really is the only way to get control of ypur life. If you dont change you'll have the same problems now in 20 years time from today.

Its not impossible really it isnt. You just have to really really want to change your life.

i really do.....iv closed all accounts... just need to get my family back on side.... theres been quite a rift last few days... i only hope we are all together at the end of this journey

i backslide.... been stop doctors this morning... i couldnt get any lower....been refered to one to one support... really think it works this time
