Hi Everyone,

New here not sure what to say or how to start this feel embarrassed for my gambling addiction etc

Hi Z

I still feel embarrassed from time to time that I gambled for roughly 29 years. I have quit for over 500 days and I am proud of that though.

So maybe better to think about how proud you will be when you get paid and didn't lose it all.

Hi, have you tried coming to the chatrooms on here ?.You can pick up some really good advice

I'm only on day 56 gamble free but the chatrooms have really helped me
