re day 1 of not gambling.. brilliant please keep us posted a little tip carry only small amounts of cash and ask ure bank to put a" non payment block" on your bank card.. if they can't facilitate u leave card in the house

DAY 2 

 

Failed I have gambled today I spend £5.80 on slot machine while at work in the pub.

Nothing major but I did do it

 

Day 3 tomorrow.

I just keep the diary carrying on and write up each day as it comes.
