After gambling for all the years since i turned 18, i am now officially going to beat the bookies by giving up. Year after year of getting into debt, taking out loans and borrowing off family is now behind me. Let the rest of my life begin!

Make sure you put strong measures in place to prevent you from gambling (self exclusion/online blocking with k9 etc).
Put your finances in the hands of a trusted family member for a while if necessary.
You can contact Gamcare for free counselling and or attend your local GA meetings.
I use the 2015 Challenge it's helped me stay "clean". You can keep a diary on the Forum as well if you want.
