I honestly thought gambling would never stop for me done 2 good things been to my first gc meeting which was great and will be sticking to the second is I have been and self excluded myself from the bookies I am determined to beat this I know how hard it will be be I will get there x

Follow the advice that the members of GA have given you and you will have a chance of recovery. Take each day as it comes. Don't tempt yourself. Don't carry money with you. Ring a GA member if you feel an urge coming on. Tell your family about your problem, get some support. Don't be embarassed about asking for help, we all need help sometime.
