Hi guys. After some VERY false starts and taking 5 months of attempts, I'm finally at day 26 without gambling and it feels SO good. The only thing I am bothered about now is the destruction that one year of solid gambling and horrendous debts has caused. My credit card bills now total £21,050 and I have another loan for 10k. Because my credit score has gone from amazing to the worst it could be, I can't get any low rate cards or loans, so I can't see how I can clear this debt.

I am 42 and living back at my parents with my son. This time last year I had £19,000 in the bank saved for a house deposit. How do I ever clear this debt without it ruining my chances of getting a mortgage in the future. Does anyone else have a similar scenario ?? EVery day is like a blur at the moment as I can't see a way out. I have NO urge whatsoever to gamble, but I just need some hope for tackling the financial situation.

Any help is greatly appreciated xxx
