Hi Jamie

You are doing so well mate and keep it going..No need to reset the counter, tomorrow is a week, then go for two weeks and before you know it you've done a month.

If you get any urges today just think that they don't last long. Distract yourself with a walk or watch TV or do a crossword - all have worked for me

We are all on this to support each other and it can be done mate

Hi Jamie, how are you getting on ? Saturdays are the hardest days for me for obvious reasons. Did you manage to get through the day ok ?
