I'm about to to turn 30 and I've been at this gambling all my adult life - I guess I don't know what normal life is as an adult - I continually miss family/friends engagements - I let my friends and loved ones down on a daily basis and I cannot understand after all the years of hurt I continue to do it - I've now started a course of CBT on the NHS and I'm hoping this will give me new coping mechanisms to deal with my problem - I guess I want to find myself and end this horrible chapter of my life while I still have people who love me in my life - Day 1! an inch at a time x
