I feel for you, I too have chased my losses, knowing deep down that I wouldn't win. A trance is how I would describe it too and I felt relief when the money was gone and I could stop. It was then that the despair, shame and guilt would kick in. The most I ever lost in one day was 4k. I don't ever want to relive those days again.
You have done it before so you can do it again.

this site is keeping me really strong as i keep redaing everones story..they are like mine..i really feel for you,after 9 months loosing control for a few hours , it shows how strong our enemy is..and thank you for sharing your story..i am on day 36 gamble free, not an expert but i have to tell u what i am doing, i convinced myself that we can not win because we can not stop!! So what is the point of chasing? Secondly i keep myself busy , been going to gym since i quit, it helps me to take my mind somewhere else..and i keep reading the site..take care and keep strong as u already did once..
