Hi everyone would just like to ask a basic question why is it when we win its never a problem but when we lose its a major problem.. This sticks out to me because I do feel that it's ok when we win but not when we lose.. Is this just me?? I've gone 1 week without gambling and it's hurting badly I'm pretty skirt and the only way I can see out of this is to try win a bit of money back but I know this won't work my head is screwed up I'm trying to control the urges it's driving me crazy!!!!!!

To me, from the other side of the fence, it's obvious. You're skint because you gamble. Thinking that you're just one win away from solving all your financial problems is exactly what's making you skint. You can't win because you can't stop.
Being less skint requires regular income from work, not dreaming of windfalls.
