Well done for being so brutally honest. What caused you to relapse ?
What made you want to stop 92 days ago ?
You have to accept that you can never ever gamble again! You have got yourself into a mess and your family are losing out. This is compound long your guilt and making you feel even more unhappy. The unhappiness will lead you to try and escape, and return to gambling, without access to funds and the chance to win back your losses you will get moody and put further pressure on your family.
It is not easy to stop gambling. Coming on here and counting the days is a start, but often there are deeper issues causing the gambling. You need to find this reason.
Are you happy in life ? Is your marriage good ? Do you have any sick relatives ?
There are lots of reasons and a counsellor will help you with this. Failure to achieve this will result in a lifetime of deceit and lies. You will lose your wife, you will lose the respect of your children, you will never achieve any of your dreams.

Hello Arich82 and welcome to the forum.
Well done on 92 days gamble free and I am sorry to hear things are so difficult due to relapsing. It may help you to put some other safeguards in place to help you to continue to move forwards. It’s a good step to restrict cash and cards as you did. Another step can be to block how you are gambling. From what you say on your post you gambled online there are steps you can take to self-exclude from gambling sites or you can use a software to block gambling sites form your devices.
