Hi everyone,
So this is my first step towards eing gamble free. Im a 32 year old male and have a great family, yet I can't stop myself from online Poker, even when im up I can't just walk away. I play until there is nothing left. I have now closed my account and am trying to resist the urge which is hard.
I know i an beat this thing and be happy and be me again.

You sound like you really want to stop but you find it difficult to cope with urges to gamble. You can beat this and maybe you would find it helpful to talk about coping machanisms and other support available to you with an adviser one to one.
