I am exactly in the same boat as you, you are not alone, my life has been completely ruined by FOTB'S and on-line gambling. But I accept it was my choice to play on them in the first place, so we have to accept the consequences of our actions however painful they may be, and believe me the suffering of the losses is a painful intense process. We played to win and we lost, that's the re-ality of it and we don't like how we feel now, so the answer is ....is there one, on this site you will get massive support as I have had, but I have struggled to stop, the answer is in your own hand my friend.

Whilst there's an element of choice in betting Compulsive gambling is a recognized illness

Its a problem that doesn't go away but there is plenty of help around including lots in here

Keep accepting that help

Well done for accepting you have a problem and working on it
