Hi everyone, ive finally decided to join the forum to try and pick up tips and advice on stopping online gambling.
Im usually on the mobile casinos and more than anything blackjack, it is a compulsion as i don't even think i enjoy it anymore. Anyway i took the step of cancelling all my accounts and even getting rid of my smartphone (which are the work of the devil by the way). I feel so much better for finally taking control.
Still feel so awful, i have a lovely girlfriend and an amazing son, i think over the past few years i have gambled close to 2,000 usually on a credit card. It tears me up thinking of what i could have spent that money on for my girl or son. I even had the cheek to have a go at my girlfriend the other day because she spent 50 on getting her hair done. Ridiculous ay!!!!
Anyway any feedback or advice would be greatly recieved.
