Hi,My name is nigel and ive been gambleing for a good many years ,but the fobt machines just hurt me everytime i dont know why i go back for more punishment ,i need the money for other stuff and i will now be beating myself up thinking about it 30 minutes of watching a cartoon roulette machine has done so much damage to my life ,i know ive got to stop i goto ga meetings had counciling ,know the machines are pure evil but i still go back for more of the headache ,they realy should be banned to help guys like me have a good life and not the misery i feel so angry i could smash all the machines up thats not me but it seems to change how you think ,anyone got any ideas on how i can quit for good and have a nice life becasue this one is no good this way .
Hi and welcome t the forum. Smashing up all the machines in your local bookies might not be a bad itea. Get rid of some anger, you will be banned from all their shops meaing you cant play the FOBTs and will help a few others in the process as they wont be able to play them for a day or two either. No need to worry about prosicution as I doubt they would want the bad publicity........

Hi and welcome , you need to self exclude from all of them in your area, put up blocks. I've never played them but heard a lot about them, mine used to be online slots and I'm almost 27 days gf now.
