Hi. I’m 35. I’ve always gambled on slots for about 20 years.  When I met my wife I got better but lately I’ve been using the betting shop slots. I always chase my losses and have spent my savings.  I have 3 kids crammed into a tiny flat and it’s my fault they haven’t got a house they deserve.
I finally banned myself from all betting shops and online gambling but I still think about it lots, even though I don’t want to anymore. Or I will wake up at night in a cold swear thinking about what I have done

Hi... am much the same. Slots has been my downfall for about 25 years now.

You have done the right thing in getting yourself excluded. You might still think about it, but that doesn't do any harm.

Fill the void with other stuff. Running, swim, sauna is my replacement. It works, mostly.

Hi

Well done on self excluding, slots are disgusting with all the bright lights promises of a jackpot win, all your money is soon exhausted into them.

Keep yourself busy for the moment, 3 kids i'm sure you can keep busy and it doesn't have to cost money, i would advise getting out in the fresh air. You can start rebuilding your life financially can be hard at the moment, but things will get better and you can plan for the future.
