I turn 44 next month and I still cant control my gambling, I've been gambling since early teen years and here I am still gambling and losing everything I have. I've recently just been thinking that I should just except this as this is who I am. Sad

As tough as it is, just for tonight, turn off your internet, drink some water, take a shower and get some sleep - wake up tomorrow and write down 2/3 small steps that you will achieve tomorrow
As c**P as you feel right now, as low as you might be feeling, you can use today as the catalyst for improving your life, you are an addicted gambler, but you no longer gamble..
