I don’t feel like gambling at all at the moment but I know I ll get the urge once I ve got money again so I ve self excluded online which I think is a major step for me. I m also going to cut up my credit card today.

Remember access to money is a massive temptation, I’m making steps to have a friend look after my affairs, no money = no gambling, self exclusion alone is good but won’t stop you finding other ways mate, stay strong , keep remembering what brought you here and put as many triggers to bed as you can, then go find something to keep your mind away from this, I’m going to look at stuff tonight plus organise a lot more golf on summer evenings and weekends.

Hi, I'm still considering how best to deal with that. I dont think I ve got anyone who could look after my affairs. Weekends for me are most difficult. Was considering posting my debit card to myself every friday so that it arrives Monday morning! Not sure how practical that is in the long run though. I will cancel my overtdraft as soon as I ve been paid and transfer money into an account that I cant access by card. I'm a golfer aswell and am looking forward to better weather. Great way to keep occupied . Thanks for your input mate
