Dunno what to feel today, been doing really well so far,
Worth noting im surrounded by gambling a lot, friends work colleagues most gamble, anyway i was with a friend earlier who was having a quick go on slots, i end up sending him £20 to play with. Obviously lost. Although I didn’t actually play... just being around it made me wanna get involved. Feels now like bit of a relapse but i dont know if it should be classed as that. The guilt i felt after is a positive sign however and i am taking each day at a time.
