I'm David. I have a serious gambling addiction. I am on depression tablets and use gambling as a form of escape from what's going on in my life. Of course this has consequences. Recently I have been using bookies slot machines. I can spend in excess of £1000 a day and now have found myself in debt and feel very very low. This has been a problem now for a year or two. I need help.

You will need to takes things One Day At A Time & get your Time-Money-Location triangle broken as removing one prevents us from gambling! You may find writing a diary helps!
