Not gambled now since Saturday and i do feel some sense of achievement! I know i have got a long way to go but just taking each day as it comes! Started putting my focus into getting back fit again and it is helping take my mind off everything!
The support network on here is fantastic and nice to know others are willing you on to beat it. We are all in this together and finding this forum is really helping me cope!
