Hi Iam writing this as still in recovery mode, But have 6 weeks gamble free online.. Gamban on my device has changed my life within the time frame I have stopped this powerful tool is a gamechanger and would advice anyone to use it, More powerful than gamstop "In my opinion".

Now heres how it gripped me, The odd few football bets on a Saturday with small stakes to then getting let down by one goal only leads to frustration and playing slots online after a few beers. Multiple transactions later and waking up in the morning with a foggy head thinking about what you could of done with the money, That you could have treat your loved ones etc is a terrible feeling... Mentally draining when you have worked hard all week.

My advice to anyone is to not even think the odd 5-10 pounds here on football sports scratchcards lottery or what ever maybe not to do this if you haven't installed software on your devices so you can't chase any losses...

Life's good without this horrific disease and no matter how long you think the road is to get better it does eventually happen just keep the faith and take small steps
