If i withdraw the money from my account I will be in city centre where there are bookies on every street corner, i suppose this is part of my recovery to be able to say NO to myself. I am looking into getting a cash card without the option to make purchases online. I won't take my card to work Thursday as i work nights and have hours to kill after midnight and thats where i tend to start gambling on my phone. Maybe i should just leave my phone at home because any gambling sites are blocked on work computers.
Lots of maybes & il consider its in your posts . Why dont you maybe consider stopping looking for reasons why things wont work & start trying things that might work.
Leave your money safely in a cash card account, then!
If you gamble on your phone, suggest downgrading to a phone that can be blocked or better still a non Internet phone.

Doesn't matter what I say to myself when it comes to having money in my pocket my mind set changes and I turn into something else. Don't think I don't try to fight these demons because i do.

I've already replaced my phone this morning with a basic one i had at home, no internet access available on it.
