Hello I'm 26 and Been gambling since i was 18, mostly roulette and football bets . Both online and In shops . Have got myself in so much debt to the point I properly never get a mortgage. Have been in denial and kept from people . My family and girlfriend have no Idea but my friends no I gamble but don't no to the extent . I don't normally tell anyone when I lose . Have tried so much to stop but if it's after a few days or few weeks I give up and get the urge to have another bet or little spin on roulette . Have decided to join this site to find other people who like me who lost so much due to this . Can people please help me give me some advice on what I can do to stop this .
Just like me mate, you will find many people like yourself on here.
My advise would be to install a blocker on your PC so you cant play casino at home and although it is really hard and sometimes awkward self ban yourself from the shops near you where you gamble the most.
FOBT and especially roulette are ruining peoples lives at an alarming rate , they turn me into a nasty horrible person and im slowly trying my best to recover.
