21 year old with a very bad gambling problem. I earn a comfortable amount of money each month, with barely any outgoing bills each month and pretty much all of the rest I’m ashamed to admit goes on gambling. Mostly the football or horses. It started out as fun, I love the races and I love football so putting a couple quid on here and there always added a little extra excitement. Then of course, you’ve all heard the story, it all spiralled from there getting worse and worse over the course of a few months and now I’m at rock bottom. If anyone has any advice or is in a similar situation I’d greatly appreciate some help. Thanks
