I am new here. My story is I had always gambled on the Grand National or odd football coupon never more than £1. It was lockdown where bookies closed I joined these sites every one to get the free bonus and offers. I started with football coupons I would win and same with free offers but I soon did 50 bets on a Saturday to point the app would cash. Low value never more tha £10.

The issue was I got started on the slots, but the issue is after a few big wins I would give them it back. Last night I gave £75 pounds back 12p spins In just one hour. The good news is my loses have  even winnings but my worry is it could get worse. I tried self exclusion but went back on after it unlocked. My wife changed the passwords but often gave them back again. I managed a month slot free but I soon went back on. Problem is unlike football you can give the winnings back in a day. I already have anxiety and work part time so get bored easily working part time and I feel low and anxious after loses. I have told myself I will quit the slots this time but how can I be sure this will be the time anybody else had similar issues?

Hi

I started off on just a few sports bets pretty low which i could afford back in 2006, it wasn't long untill i started with bigger bets and chasing losses. The worse was when i got invoilved with blackjack and then even more evil slots. If you've chased your money, you need to quit now as it will get worse i promise you. Self exclude yourself and enjoy life instead of this horrible addiction.
