Hello mate, well done on coming clean to those close to you, it's not easy. If you haven't already done so then I'd recommend putting some blocks in place such as Gamstop, Gamban, blocks through the bank. I personally did Gamstop and it stopped me in my tracks (over 4 years ago). All the best pal.
@si_mon @si_mon wasn’t easy coming clean was possibly one of the hardest things I’ve had to do but once I did the relief that I felt and the weight lifted was a great feeling itself I’m still in early stages of stopping I’m on week 2 of my journey and like you I am using Gamstop and Gamban I’m still lucky to have a wife who is supporting me through this but having people to talk to that are going through the same as myself is that bit better support that is neededÂ
