i'm 20 years old and have been gambling for 4/5 years now, i had a great job earning great money for my age but as soon as i gambled i didn't stop until i lost it, even when i was winning £600, £700 at a time it wasn't good enough. this is the fourth time i have tried to stop and this time i am determined as it will ruin my life and relationship. i have got into quite a bit of debt because of my actions. sometimes i wouldnt bet for weeks and then i would binge on it for days losing a lot of hard earned money. i need to change my attitude towards life and money as i am careless and wreckless with money.
this is my first day after confessing and i am solely focused on giving it up completely before i end up old andy lonely. i have nothing to show for my years of working, i always lied and tried to deny that i had a problem but hopefully sharing my experience will help me deal with it better.

yeah played roulette alot,every time a won i just kept trying to win more and lost it all. gambled on anything but mate, dogs, horses, football, slots and i was that bad i even betted on virtual stuff, it is not a nice addiction. i've done the same as u, won a good amount to pay my debts off and days later got back into so much debt, its a viscious circle
