i feel so frustrated and fed up and angry with myself
I have gambling addiction issues with slot machines online and real ones and have periods which are either bad or really bad I have again gambled to much money this evening I will do this with any excuse I can find I can sometimes not gamble but once I start I loose the ability to stop

It may help to install a blocking software on your computer or phone to block all access to online gambling sites http://www.gamcare.org.uk/get-advice/what-can-you-do/blocking-software#.VcHYzPlVikp

Self exclude from every site that's the main and first thing. Instal K9 blocker on your computer.
Everyone here can totally relate to not being able to stop but look at us.... ODAAT Trueman they have (we have) all been were you are and I promise you can get through this.
