New to the site i'd like to introduce myself my name is paul & i'v been a gambling addict for as long as i care to remember never slots always football horses dogs golf over the years i'v run up 1000s upon 1000s of £££s worth of debt loans cc etc i'v never really seeked help prob because always been in denial but i'm now at the point where i just need to wrap it up for currently 4 days clean & i know it's going to be a long journey but hope i can some sort of help & support of you guys who are alot further down the road than me 🙏

I’m new to this as well, I’m a slot addict, sad to say but very true. I just wanted to say a huge well done for going the 4 days. People without the addiction do not understand what a massive achievement that is. I couldn’t even do 1 day yesterday, I tried, kept myself busy then things went belly up in the house and I accessed one of the many accounts I have and bang! Another load of money down the drain. 4 days really is amazing! I’ve gambled today but will hopefully start my journey to 4 days free very soon. Huge well done to you. Xx
