Hi I am new to all this and need some help
I have been gambling again and it stinks I'm in so much dept now and depression don't know how I got so bad I changed when I gambled. I want to quit now but need help can you let me know what works for you guys
Hi Anne, we all change when gambling. growing up, I didnt have any money and i remember how hard my parents had to work to bring us up. however, when I was gambling I completely lost the sense of how much the bets were and felt completely blind. and there is always the depression, the guilty, the lows afterwards. however, we can all stop gambling if we decide to look for help. Dont be too hard on yourself as whatever is done is done. get the right help right now! there is loads of help on this site. fight this terrible addiction that is making your life so miserable . believe on yourself , you can do this. all the best .
Thank you I don't feel so alone here, I need good advice and help from people who understand this awful addiction I haven't gambled for 4 days now hope to continue not it kills us in all ways I hope I can stop for good and all the lies as well. All my morals went as well as my finances

I had a better day today even work was OK I haven't had any urges to gamble but I know it's early days. Hope I can get my life back on track. I'm still upset about all the lies and deceit. But today I haven't gambled that's good
