Not very good with free time. Any advice?

Hi, I've just signed up to here as I know my gambling is starting  to get out control.

I have always liked fruit machines and then a few years ago got into online slots and other games. Nothing out of control and easily stop. When lockdown started  I had a £3,000 win and before I knew it I had put it all back in and more. Out of anger I did not play for 2 months. Started playing again 23rd June and when I'm finding myself bored I end up playing. Put cool off periods on my accounts but then finding new accounts. It's only 1 slot game I play now.

For the last 8 years i have worked 6 or 7 nights a week and use the money for holidays and festivals around the world but since lockdown overtime has been cut so only doing 4 nights a week and where I've still got time booked off I'm having to much free time. I have an awful sleeping pattern and usually awake midday until 8am. I live at home with mum, sister and her boyfriend. I used to be joined to a 24 hour gym so I could go at random times but even that's not possible at the moment. This morning I'm sat watching a film at decided ill have a play and within an hour £1,200 is gone.

Any suggestions on things I could do at silly o'clock that will keep me occupied?

I'm lucky enough to not be in debt from it at the moment but I can see myself spiralling.
