Hi guy's
I've been following the forum for the last 4 days so today is day 4 GF.
I finally accepted my problem and told family closest to me. It felt good to let the secret out but left me myself feeling down and numb.
I was gambling in roulette and it got major out of control over Christmas working for nothing throwing it away.
I am booked in for my first councilling session next week and have all the blocks in place. Just reading in here alone helps me to accept and fight what has happened.
Many Thanks
Drew
Well done for admitting your problem its going to be a long road but long as you commit yourself 100% and take as much advice on board yes you will have your highs and lows and tough days but hopefully they can and will get easier and the anxiety and sleeples nights can diminish and your thinking will become clear thus helping you recover but remember always be on your guard and never get complacent good luck.
Affected by gambling?
