Hello Pep,

If you are experiencing suicidal feelings you could discuss that with a Samaritan on their freephone helpline which is available 24 hours a day: 116 123

https://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help-you/contact-us

The Samaritans website allows you to search for local branches that could offer you the opportunity to sit with a Samaritan if you'd prefer to talk face-to-face:

https://www.samaritans.org/branches

Are you using your GP service to help you to manage your mood? If you want urgent medical attention tonight, you could visit your local Accident and Emergency department, if you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need urgent care.

http://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/AboutNHSservices/Emergencyandurgentcareservices/Pages/responding-to-emergencies-FAQ.aspx

If you'd like to talk with one of our helpline advisers about the free therapy available to support recovery from problem gambling, you're welcome to call our freephone 0808 8020 133.

Take care,

Forum admin.

Pep, like many of us gambling has you in that corner where you cant see any exits, I like many others here have been in that corner. I got no money, how am I going to pay this, I owe this, I got nothing. But what you have left is to tell gambling to f***f. A lot of people can help you as only a CG knows how a CG thinks and non gamblers do not understand squandering thousands on the push of a button, the spin of a wheel. you will be OK but you have to stop.
