Good morning , so up-date on my journey so far , early days but I haven’t gambled since last Friday 6th Online slots were my downfall , use to like a game of bingo then I found the slots , won a few hundred and thought slots were the best , loved the rush , and then the losing kick in , then I started chasing my losses , bad move , thankfully I had the light bulb moment , that light came on and I made the best decision to knock this addiction on the head . So the 3 sites that I had been using are now closed and set self exclusion on all sister sites , my daughter blocked all gambling sites on my laptop . Telling my daughter was the best thing I have done , she was shocked but understanding and so helpful . Thankfully I am not in dept by thousands. My CC took a hammering in the last 2 weeks , I will work hard to pay off within 18 months , oh and it’s cancelled. No more CC No more Gambling. Hope you have all had a GF week . Stay strong x

Fantastic on getting to 31 days gamble free. Great that you've self-excluded from the sites you'd been using. Have you heard of GAMSTOP which in time will allow you to self-exclude from all UK-registered gambling sites?
Have you considered starting a diary thread in the Recovery Diaries section?
