Yesterday was ground zero again for me, after being clean for about 18 months, I relapsed and press the self destruct button, last night my wife found out about it all, I’m being really open but it breaks me to see how much I’ve hurt her, our relationship is now set back and I’ve reached out for help on here and got a referral to speak to someone, I found this really helpful before, I can’t put my finger on why I did what I did, but I need to work out what triggered me or il be in a never ending loop of what is going on, I have 4 amazing kids that for 18 months got to see the real me, the one without the stress of gambling and I want to get back to that person again. One day at a time..
