I today sp*nked my whole payslip away. I am a long time addict. I had it managed for a period a few years ago but recently I've been back in the terrible spiral that is gambling. Gambling because I am stressed stressed because I am gambling. I have been an addict since age 15. I have just realised that is more than half my life 😖

I have contacted MOSES, have gamstop and gamban.

I need to manage this addiction before it completely ruins my life.

Any help and support is welcome
