Hi all,

I have been a gambler on and off for nearly 8 years, I am currently having counselling, but have had in the past terrible relapses.

My advice is to self exclude from every casino/bingo site you can, and when you ask them to exclude you, ask them to exclude you from all the sites in their group. I have done this now with hundreds of sites, and I check when I see a new one advertised, and 99% of the time they are in a group I am excluded from.

Now, my second bit of information I wish to share. About 5 months ago, I joined a new site and had one of the worst nights of my life, lost 3300. I did not realise this site was part of a group I was excluded from. I sent a very stern email to their customer support team, and told them that I should not have been allowed to join as I was self excluded. Most decent operators will make it near impossible for you to join if your email or credit card is registered on a blocked site. We know we have a problem, and they should be trying to help us. Don't give them any more of your money.

Over and out.
