^ Been to the gym first thing this morning a few weights and a yogalates class first one I have been to and it was nice

^ Varies. If it's at the end of a boozy night then super hot. If it's for dinner or tea then pretty mild. I have an asbestos gob so can tolerate hot stuff.

^ my first dog was a King shepherd so has to be on the list. Its like a big German shepherd. A Maltipoo because I was born in Malta and a west highland terrier. I love their attitude.

^ I would love to be a news presenter. I have done that many interviews at the other end of their cameras I would like to turn the tide

^ varies on what I'm doing next day but usually 11ish.. Sometimes watch a late Friday horror movie
