Hi all

i have been gambling for about three years and in that time I have had some significant losses. Today I have lost £150 which is not huge but it all mounts up into one big problem

i have periods when I do not gamble, days and sometimes even weeks but the demons always return. My vice was roulette which I have just about managed to nip in the bud, losses mounted so quickly and I inevitably chased

so I thought I would change tack, - football (which for a woman I do know something about :-)) but it's the same old story - losses albeit not as large as before.

I have money saved for a forthcoming holiday and I have been strong for a couple of months and not dipped into it, I know that I won't, my bills are always paid but I seem to fritter away any spare cash that I have

i want to be rid of this affliction once and for all, hence here I am. I have read many posts and seen so many tales if triumph. Eventually I would like one to be my own

A

Hi ssbt,

Do the 2015 Challenge on it's helped me to get to Day 44 free of gambling. Won't pretend it's been easy all the time but it could help you.

Take Care Now
