Well today is 100 days since my last bet, do I feel happier? I’m not sure, gambling has destroyed my life for 25 years and taken so much as with a lot of other users on here. All my hopes and dreams in life constantly dashed and brought back down to nothing because of this horrible addiction.. one thing I have noticed is my anxiety has started to improve somewhat over the last few months which is a huge step forward. I want my old self back who was happy and confident.. here’s to the next 100 days and I’m sure things will look even better then. Good luck everyone with your own journeys as this is a truly awful addiction to kick, but if we don’t have that next better ever again, which will bring us back down to square one and deprive us of our future then we can do this. A gamble free life has to be better than that horrible feeling of losing everything.Â
I agree mate I dont feel great but I am 19 days gamble free I would rather be gamble free then not have a penny to my nameÂ
