Checking in, don't know why but found it difficult this week, found myself checking footy scores and form and league tables, luckily I have had the sense not to act on it, hopefully it's just a blip in my recovery.

Checking in on day 6 and this is by far the hardest! Friday! After a S***e week at work I've had a few beers and a footy accumulator is screaming out at me. rebate is in the bank, I'm almost debt free and only need a fraction of it to get back what I lost at the casino on day 0. Made it past the tues/weds champions league without a bet easyishly but 2nyt is a whole different ball game. I've given my gf both my cards but funking hell this feeling to Google out a bookies I'm not self excluded from and get that fix my head is after is like turning down a f*g after an entire night in the cells! How is gambling still legal in the UK? Because the government is just as addicted to the taxation as we are to the "buzz" w**********l and Co offer...
Hi I'd like to to join the challenge. I'm on day 3 of gambling and finding today a struggle, this is my committment to changing my life gamble free. After 9 years of online gabbling I have reached the ned, just managed to keep my husband and my home, and hope this continues. Coming on this site daily to read and find new support tools. I hope that the weekly updates and sharig will give me the strength I need to get through this. Hope that we are all still here persevering and strong January 1st 2016 with no breaks but if there are that tthe messages reflect we are welcomed back with no judgement just continuing support. Thankyou for your posts as these are helping give me courage that anything is possible

Hi I need to start again, keep failing but know I have to keep trying to succeed. Its the 3rd time this year so here I am checking in again after being paid today and then blowing my wages. I am trying to figure out what my triggers are...anyone have any ideas what theirs are? Tomorrow will be Day 1.
Checking in Day 78 gamble free. Thoughts are still there, I believe that they won't ever go away but I have strength to ignore them.
