Checking in day 44. I do admit thought I had a bet on the grand national. If I can keep betting to once a year thats good enough for me.
For me I actually had to move jobs so I was away from betting shops, big step I know but you have to do ANYTHING you can to break the cycle. Never look back, always look forwards.
Gambling is like rain, it covers you, it depresses you, you feel like it will never stop. Then one day, the sun comes out, you smile. You forget about the rain and remember everything comes to an end. Make that end today x
