I have noticed when something is happening that I cannot control (I'm a very controlling person) that's the time I gamble... I just hope I can get to a point where I haven't gambled for so long that even when a situation like that arises I will be able to handle it x

Checking in on day 112, I caved in yesterday and went to the casino to play poker but I'm still self excluded from every land based casino in the uk, so thankfully I'm still on track with no desire to gamble today.
