A bit about me. Before I was 40 I had probably been in a bookies maybe 5 times. In a three year period my gambling on horses totally got out of hand. I know there were lots of reasons but this is a brief introduction. I lied, cheated, spent all my wages very quickly etc etc. Which I know many will relate to.
