77 days free

Im not going too sit here for a second and say this is a piece of cake because it really isn't. However im managing so much better then when I first put blocks in place, I relasped used a dodgey site and had too call the bank and explain what had happened. It was a wake up call for me, and since them I've managed 77 days, there was no way when I started my journey that I thought I could even accomplish a day, but with hard work and reaching out for support, I've done how have come this far. I've spent alot of time getting back into art which I done before, and trying to manage my triggers like stress better. Anyway I,guess my message for any one reading this is there is hope. Sometimes you may take a step forward then two steps back but that is okay its all part of the process. Accept that and then focus on the next step again and then you might find each step gets a tiny bit easier. I'm not going to lie it still comes too my mind everyday, and worse on bad days but by using coping stragies like distraction really helps me. Anyway I hope this gives anyone reading and struggling hope because if you look at my past posts you will see that It has been a huge battle, a battle that has got slightly bit easier but still there. The key is being kind too yourself even when you feel you don't deserve it, still trying and understand why its happening and then you may be able to have some.understanding and empathy that you would have for others towards yourself.
