Was up all night again on the slots won and lost more as usual. Enough is enough now and need some advice please the best way to self exclude from ALL networks possible. I have done the template letter but is there a list anywhere of all online gambling sites and networks.
Also I need to use my card for online purchases, is there any way round using card but not for gambling?
I can't use blocking software as my other half will know I've been up to no good again and he wouldn't understsnd.

Hi there! I also had enough. I thought I don't need self-exclusions, I can control myself but I realized that it will be a faster way for recovery, it means I cannot go back to all these bingo sites I am registered with and they will stop sending me messages through email, SMS and posts.

If you google 'template for self exclusion gambling' options come up to copy & paste and you can fill all your details in then send to all the networks you can think of! I'm just hoping there is a list someone can help with as there are hundreds of sites and I've used most ...sob! Good luck xxx
