I know how you feel, i did something similar myself.. after abstained for a few months i thought whats the harm in a 25 quid bet.which led on to a 3 month gambling binge losing around 4k :-/
I think as Gambling addicts we have to realise we cant even do one bet as win or lose it will end the same way. Finally realising that.
